CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Ismail Mamoojee has notified the board of directors of EOH of his intention to
not stand for re-election as an independent non-executive director of EOH at the annual general meeting due
to be held on Wednesday, 20 January 2021, to focus on his current commitments and to pursue other
opportunities. Consequently, Mr Mamoojee will retire as a director at the conclusion of the annual general
meeting.

Accordingly, ordinary resolution 2.2 as set out in the notice of notice of annual general meeting will be
withdrawn at the upcoming annual general meeting.
