NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
referred to the announcement release on SENS on 19 November 2020 and are
hereby advised that the Company has appointed Moore Cape Town Incorporated as
its external auditor with immediate effect with the designated audit partner being
Pierre Johannes Conradie.
