STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS


Shareholders are advised that Redefine will be hosting stakeholder engagement sessions (the
“sessions”) in advance of the Company’s annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Tuesday,
23 February 2021.

The sessions, scheduled for Monday, 25 January 2021, Tuesday, 26 January 2021 and Thursday,
28 January 2021, are designed to facilitate engagement and clarify any matters pertaining to the
AGM and remuneration policy resolutions, as set out in Redefine’s integrated reporting suite.
