CONFERENCE CALL FOLLOWING INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders of Adcock Ingram are advised that the Company is expecting to publish its interim
financial results for the six-month period ended 31 December 2020, on Wednesday, 24 February 2021.

Accordingly, stakeholders are invited to attend a conference call which will be hosted by Mr Andy Hall,
Chief Executive Officer, and Ms Dorette Neethling, Chief Financial Officer, at 11:00 on Wednesday, 24
February 2021.
