advised that Ms SE van Loggerenberg, the Group Company Secretary of Exxaro Resources
Limited, has resigned with effect from 18 February 2021. Inlexso Proprietary Limited has been
appointed as the interim group company secretary of the Company until such time as a permanent
appointment is made.
