APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Further to the SENS announcement dated 4 January 2021, and in accordance with paragraph
3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Mahlatse
"Lucky" Phalafala has been appointed as the Company Secretary of Adcock Ingram, with effect
from 1 April 2021.

Mr Phalafala is an admitted attorney with more than 11 years’ company secretariat, governance
and legal experience. His previous roles include serving as the Legal Executive and Company
Secretary at Abacus Insurance Limited, Group Company Secretary at Old Mutual Insure
Limited, Assistant Group Company Secretary and Head of Group Corporate Governance at
Old Mutual South Africa and Head of Group Legal and Governance at the Hollard Group.

The Board is satisfied that Mr Phalafala possesses the competence, expertise and experience
to fulfil the role and wishes him well at the Company.
