Despite the challenges experienced throughout the year as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Group recovered remarkably well in the second half of the year. The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists for the 12 months ended 28 February 2021 that the results are expected to be as follows: • Revenue of between R4.9 Billion and R5.0 Billion, an increase of between 2% and 4%; • EBITDA of between R150.8 million and R163.9million, an increase of between 15% and 25%; • EPS of between 9.29 and 10.10 cents per share compared to 8.08 cents per share for the period ended 29 February 2020, an increase of between 15% and 25%; and • HEPS of between 9.62 and 10.64 cents per share compared to 10.13 cents per share for the period ended 29 February 2020, between minus 5% to 5%.
