CHANGE TO THE BOARD - RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Sebata (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Khanyisile Moses (“Khanyi”), a non-executive
director of the Company, has resigned as a member of the Board with effect from 10 May 2021.

The Board would like to thank Khanyi for her contribution and wishes her well in the future.
