CHANGES TO THE IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised of the following appointments to the Remuneration, TSEC, Nominations and
Investment Committees:

Mr. Monde Nkosi, a current non-executive director of the ADvTECH Board, has been appointed to the
Remuneration, Nominations and Investment Committees;

Ms. Jacqueline Chimhanzi, a current independent non-executive director of the ADvTECH Board and
a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed to the TSEC Committee;

Ms. Konehali Gugushe, a current independent non-executive director of the ADvTECH Board and a
member of the Audit and Risk and TSEC Committees, has been appointed as the chairperson to the
TSEC Committee; and

Mr. Clive Thomson, a current independent non-executive director of the ADvTECH Board and a
member of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed to the Investment Committee.
