PDMR and PCA notification
The Company, was notified on 28 June 2021 that Helios Holdings Limited, an entity closely associated
with Temitope Lawani, Non-Executive Director, has sold 5,734,089 ordinary shares to Helios Fairfax
Partners Corporation, an entity under common management, with the details of the transaction found
below.
Following this transaction, Temitope Lawani's shareholding and share interest, together with persons
closely associated with him, has reduced by 1,551,071 shares to 20,560,150 ordinary shares of the
Company.
These shares, together with additional shares owned by Helios Holdings Limited and Helios Fairfax
Partners Corporation are included as part of the Helios Investment Partners consolidated holding in
the Company, which remains unchanged.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
