RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting held on Tuesday, 13 July 2021 (in terms of the
notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 26 May 2021), all of the resolutions tabled
thereat were passed by the requisite majority of Newpark shareholders.
Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:
- total number of Newpark shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 100 000 001.
- total number of Newpark shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 96 171 492,
being 96.17% of the total number of Newpark shares that could have been voted at the annual general
