CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Melanie Bosman and Mr Abey Mokgwatsane as
Independent Non-Executive Directors of Cashbuild with effect from 1 August 2021.

Melanie is a CA(SA) and runs a consulting practice focused on the financial services industry.
She recently retired from the board of Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation of Africa and is
a non-executive director of two other insurance companies.

Abey is currently the Managing Executive of Brand and Communications for Vodacom. His
previous roles include being CEO of Ogilvy South Africa and the VWV Group. He is also a Board
member of the Vodacom Foundation and the Marketing Association of South Africa.

We would like to welcome Melanie and Abey and look forward to their contributions to the
Board of Cashbuild.

Shareholders are further advised of the following changes to the composition of board
committees with effect from 1 August 2021:

1.    the resignation of Ms Gloria Tapon Njamo as a member of the Social and Ethics
      Committee and her appointment as a member of the Investment Committee;
2.    the appointment of Ms Melanie Bosman as a member of the Social and Ethics
      Committee and of the Audit & Risk Committee; and
3.    the appointment of Mr Abey Mokgwatsane as a member of the Social and Ethics
      Committee and of the IT Governance Committee.
