CHANGES TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that, after the passing of Duncan Westcott, who was
the chairperson of the Audit Committee, Prof. Fatima Abrahams has been appointed as
a member of the committee and Ms Daphne Motsepe currently a member of the
committee has been appointed to chair the committee with effect from 17 September
2021.

Prof. Abrahams is an academic, experienced company director and a registered
industrial psychologist. She serves on various board committees and has also served
as an audit committee member for TFG Ltd. and numerous non-listed entities.

The composition of the audit committee is as follows:

Ms Daphne Motsepe (Chairperson)
Prof. Fatima Abrahams
Mr Tapiwa Njkizana.
