AND BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2021 (on which the Company’s auditors, Mazars, expressed
an unmodified audited opinion), has been published and is available on Company’s website,
https://www.onelogix.com/documents/annualReports/Onelogix-IAR-2021.pdf and contains no changes from
the summary of the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 May 2021 which was released on
SENS on 26 August 2021.
The notice of annual general meeting together with the summary of the audited consolidated results for the
year ended 31 May 2021, was distributed to shareholders today, Thursday, 30 September 2021.
The Company’s annual general meeting will be held at the offices of the Company, 46 Tulbagh Road,
Pomona, Kempton Park, Gauteng on Wednesday, 1 December 2021 at 10:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 23 November 2021 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 26 November 2021.
Shareholders are notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of
2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been
published and is available on the Company's website,
