Shareholders and noteholders are advised that there were no changes to the
Reviewed Final Results or the Independent Auditor’s Report for the year
ended 30 June 2021, released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited (“JSE”) on 30 August 2021. The Annual Financial Statements were
audited by KPMG Inc., who expressed an unqualified audit opinion thereon.
The Independent Auditor’s Report is also available for inspection by written
request to the Group Company Secretary at john.mackay@supergrp.com.
The full Audited Annual Financial Statements and Integrated Report 2021,
incorporating the Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”)
Report, will be available on Monday, 25 October 2021 on the Company’s
website at https://www.supergroup.co.za/investors/integrated from 10:00.
