RESULTS OF THE TIGER BRANDS 77 T H ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised of the details of the results of the business
conducted at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on
Wednesday, 16 February 2022, in electronic format as provided for by the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements and in terms of the provision of the
Companies Act and the Company’s memorandum of incorporation.
All the resolutions tabled were passed by the requisite majority of votes
cast by shareholders present in person or represented by proxy.
