IMPACT OF ADVERSE WEATHER AND FLOODING IN KWAZULU-NATAL


Shareholders are referred to adverse weather events and flooding reported in KwaZulu-Natal ("KZN") over
the past few days.

The Fairvest group has 16 assets, representing 11.1% of its total portfolio by gross lettable area situated in
KZN.

To date there has been no damage of a structural nature to any of our properties. Instances of leakages caused
by large volumes of rain in a short period of time, as well as water supply shortages have been reported, and
remedial action is being taken.

Fairvest will update shareholders of any material changes.
