RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


1. Introduction

        Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS, the last of which
        was dated 15 March 2022 (and using the terms defined therein) relating to the potential delisting of
        the Company’s Shares from the securities exchange operated by the JSE (“the Proposed
        Transaction”).
        Following the recent and on-going local and global events including but not limited to the recent
        floods in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) that has caused major infrastructure damage in the province,
        management is currently assessing the impact on the business and the effects these impacts may
        have on the results for the year ended 31 May 2022 and in the short term.

2. Renewal of Cautionary

        Once the impacts above are assessed and if the Proposed Transaction is successfully concluded,
        it may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders
        are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further
        announcement is made.
