TRADING HALT ON ASX AND JSE

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (‘DRA’ or ‘the Company’) requests the granting of a 
trading halt in its securities, from Monday, 9 May 2022 to Wednesday, 11 May 2022, pending an announcement relating to a trading 
update and earnings guidance. The trading halt is necessary to ensure the market is informed.

DRA anticipates making the above noted announcement prior to the commencement of trading on 11 May 2022. The trading halt should 
remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 11 May 2022 or when the announcement referenced above 
is made.
