CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (‘DRA’ or ‘the Company’) announces that Adam Buckler, DRA’s Chief Financial Officer, is no longer 
employed by the Company.

Michael Sucher, DRA’s General Manager – Corporate Finance, will assume the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer while DRA commences 
an executive search process to fill the role on a permanent basis. Mr Sucher had been fulfilling the role of Chief Financial Officer 
while Mr Buckler had recently been on leave.
