Investor Presentation


Tharisa will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2022 on Thursday,
26 May 2022. The announcement will be released on SENS at 07:05 (Johannesburg UTC+2) and RNS at
07:00 (London UTC+1). The Reviewed Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements will be
available for download on the Tharisa website at www.tharisa.com.

The results will be presented at 10:00 (Johannesburg UTC+2) (09:00 London UTC+1).

The Company will provide a live presentation relating to Tharisa interim results FY2022 via the Investor

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event

Tharisa is an integrated resource group critical to the energy transition and decarbonisation of economies.
It incorporates mining, processing, exploration, and the beneficiation, marketing, sales, and logistics of
