Disclosure of a change in shareholding

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended (the “Companies Act”)
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Coronation
Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”), on behalf of its clients, has acquired a beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company, resulting in the total beneficial interest in ordinary shares held by Coronation on
behalf of its clients, increasing to 15.01% of the total issued Invicta ordinary shares.

The board of Invicta accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and, to the best of
their knowledge and belief, such information is true and this announcement does not omit anything likely to
affect the importance of such information included.


Invicta has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
