In compliance with section 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“Listings
Requirements”), shareholders of Famous Brands are hereby advised of the following transaction by
a director in the Company’s securities:

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement issued on 28 June 2019, wherein it was
advised that Mr J Halamandres had entered into an over-the-counter collar with a financial
institution in respect of 190 000 Famous Brands ordinary shares (“the transaction”). Shareholders
are now notified that the transaction has expired, the details of which are outlined below:
