RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER



In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Prabashinee Moodley ('Ms Moodley') has
resigned as chief executive officer ('CEO') and as executive director of GPI, with effect from
Friday, 7 December 2018.


Given Ms. Moodley's passion and expertise in food service and retail, Ms. Moodley has
decided to step down from her position due to the current market sentiment with regards to
the Quick Service Restaurant industry.


The board would like to thank Ms Moodley for her contribution to the Company and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.


An announcement will be made in due course when a successor has been appointed.
