CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, CMH shareholders
are advised that Ms Kerrianne Fonseca has resigned as Group Company Secretary with effect
from 31 October 2023.

The board of directors of the company (the “Board”) wishes to thank Ms Fonseca for her
contribution over the past 13 years.

The Board is expected to approve the appointment of a new Group Company Secretary in October
2023 to be effective 1 November 2023 and a further announcement in this regard will be released
on SENS in due course.
