RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Mrs Tracy Short has resigned as company secretary of 4Sight with immediate effect. 
Mrs Short will remain with 4Sight and will fulfil other roles within the Company.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Ian Cronje
has been appointed by the Board to fulfil the role of company secretary of 4Sight, with immediate effect.

Mr Cronje is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds BCom (Law) and LLB degrees. He
has also obtained certificates in Advanced Company Law I and II and has completed the JSE AltX Director Induction
Programme. Mr Cronje joined 4Sight in 2019 as Group Legal Head and is responsible for developing and leading
4Sight's corporate legal strategy. In addition, he provides efficient and effective support to the Board and Board 
sub-committees.

The Board wishes Mr Cronje and Mrs Short well in their new roles and looks forward to their future contributions to
the Company.
