FINAL CONVERSION RATIO IN RESPECT OF AMALGAMATING THE SYGNIA ITRIX SWIX
40 ETF WITH SYGNIA ITRIX TOP 40 ETF


Investors are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 06 November 2023
regarding the successful outcome of the ballot voting procedures in respect of amalgamating
the Sygnia Itrix SWIX 40 ETF ("SYGSW4") with the Sygnia Itrix Top 40 ETF ("SYGT40").


The final conversion ratio for Sygnia Itrix SWIX 40 ETF, determined as at market close on
Monday, 13 November 2023, is 0.18536 Sygnia Itrix TOP 40 ETF securities for every 1 security
held in Sygnia Itrix SWIX 40 ETF.


The final conversion ratio was determined based on the capital prices of R12.07627
(1207.62728 cents) and R65.14899 (6514.89914 cents) per one Sygnia Itrix SWIX 40 ETF
and one Sygnia Itrix TOP 40 ETF security, respectively as at market close on Monday, 13
November 2023.


The manager will apply the round down methodology and pay fractions in the instance where
fractional ETF securities cannot be issued. Any fractional entitlement in respect of the
amalgamation will be announced on Thursday, 16 November 2023, by 11h00.
