INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2023


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     -   Revenue increased by 7.5% to R7.878 million, from R7.329 million in the prior
         corresponding period.

     -   Loss before taxation increased by 10.5% to R8.161 million, from R7.386 million in the
         prior corresponding period.

     -   Basic loss per share remained the same at 11.6 cents per share, compared to
         11.6 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     -   Headline loss increased by 2.6% to 11.9 cents per share from 11.6 cents per share
         in the prior corresponding period.

     -   No dividends have been declared for this interim period (August 2022: nil).
