RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS and the SEM on 14 July 2023, and the
subsequent renewals thereof, the last of which was dated 25 January 2024, and are advised that negotiations are still
on-going in respect of a potential acquisition, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price
of the Company's securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until
a further announcement is made or the cautionary announcement is withdrawn.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This announcement is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure Obligations
of Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007. The board of directors of Astoria accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the
