TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ellies has received notification from Public Investment Corporation SOC
Limited ("PIC") of the disposal by PIC of Ellies shares, such that PIC now holds 4.590% of Ellies' total issued
shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the company has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of Ellies accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and
certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in this announcement relating
to Ellies is true and this announcement does not omit anything that is likely to affect the import of such
information.
