RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the Company on 31 January 2024
detailing, inter alia, the fact that the board of directors of Ellies had resolved to place the Company
into voluntary business rescue ("business rescue") in terms of section 129 of the Companies Act, 71
of 2008 and that shareholders should exercise caution when dealing in their Ellies shares.

The business rescue plan (the "plan") in this regard is in the process of being prepared, details of which
will be announced as soon as the plan has been finalised. Shareholders are therefore advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Ellies shares until such time as details with regard
to the plan are announced.
