APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHAIRMAN AT YOUI HOLDINGS LIMITED

OGL announces the appointment of an interim chairman at Youi
Holdings Limited (Youi). Youi is a 94.7%-held subsidiary of
OUTsurance Holdings Limited (OHL) and OGL holds an 89.8% interest
in OHL.

The appointment of Mr Peter Widdows as interim chairman, effective
17 April 2024, follows an agreement between current chairman, Mr
David Foster, and the Youi board of directors to allow Mr Foster a
temporary leave of absence.

As a long-standing director, Mr Peter Widdows was appointed to the
Youi board in 2020 and has served on its various sub-committee
structures.
