Noteholders attention is drawn to the applicable Borrower Financial Covenant
non-compliance status for the period ended 29 February 2024, disclosed on page
4 of the report, as well as the transaction status update provided on page 9 of
the report, following the events reported on 31 January 2024.


Further      updates   will    be    made   following   developments   and   as    circumstances
demand.

herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms and expressions in the
programme memorandum issued by the Issuer in relation to the Master Programme
