NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE AUDIT FIRM

In accordance with paragraphs 6.25 to 6.26 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, respectively, Nitro
Programme hereby notifies noteholders that, PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC") has resigned as
the audit firm to the Issuer, effective 16 April 2024. The reason for the resignation is due to the Issuer's
management making a decision to implement mandatory audit firm rotation.

Consequently, the Issuer further notifies noteholders that Ernst & Young ("EY") has been appointed as the new
audit firm of Nitro Programme, effective 16 April 2024.
