CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF A DIRECTOR’S HOLDING OF THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES
Shareholders are advised that on 3 December 2019 Peter Bacon, the chairperson of the Company, transferred
190,228 Atlantic Leaf ordinary shares at a price of ZAR 15.35 per share, (for a total value of ZAR
2,919,999.80) to Peter Bacon Family Holdings Ltd, an associate of Mr Bacon’s which is wholly-owned by
Island View Trust, of which Mr Bacon is a trustee and of which Mr Bacon, his spouse and his children are
discretionary beneficiaries. Accordingly, Mr Bacon’s interest in the 190,228 Atlantic Leaf ordinary shares
ceases to be a direct beneficial interest and becomes an indirect beneficial interest. The transaction was
conducted off-market and clearance to deal was obtained.
Atlantic Leaf has a primary listing on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited (the
“JSE”) and a secondary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”).
