NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES


In compliance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Atlantic
Leaf has received notification from Sentinel Retirement Fund (“Sentinel”), of the disposal by Sentinel of Atlantic
Leaf shares such that Sentinel’s beneficial interest has decreased from 19.12% to 9.85% of Atlantic Leaf’s total
issued shares.
