NOTICE TO INCREASE NOMINAL AMOUNT OF THE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are advised that pursuant to Section 1 B – General Description of the Master Structured Note
Programme of the Amended and Restated Programme Memorandum (“Programme”) dated 16 August 2021, that the 
aggregate Nominal Amount of the Programme shall be increased to ZAR120bn from ZAR100billlion with effect
from 1 September 2026.

All references to the current Nominal Amount of the Programme in the Amended and Restated Programme
Memorandum and any other relevant documents will be deemed amended accordingly.
