NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraphs 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the Board of directors (“Board”) of Blue Diamond No. 3 notifies noteholders of
the resignation of Ms Bongiwe Majozi’s and Mr Tom O’Connell’s as non-executive directors
with effect from 7 September 2026 in order to pursue other career opportunities.

Subsequent to the resignations mentioned above, Ms Rosalind Mary Friedericksen and Mr
Richard Ian Angus will be appointed to the Board effective 7 September 2026.

The Board wishes Ms Majozi and Mr O’Connell all the best with their future endeavours.
