Requirements (“DSS Requirements”) for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing
by introduction of the participatory interests in the EasyETFs SA Equity Best Ideas Actively Managed
ETF (“EasyETFs SA Equity Best Ideas AMETF”).

The information set out below has been extracted from EasyETFs ETF Programme Memorandum (“the
Programme Memorandum”) issued by the Manager on 18 October 2024 and updated on 28 October
2026 and the 14th Supplement (“the Supplement”) issued on 28 October 2026 and relates to the listing

an approved Manager of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in terms of the Act.

The Manager has entered into an Investment Management Agreement with EasyAssetManagement

    3. Summary of the Listing

3.1 Issue size: 1,000

3.2 Issue price: R10 (1000 Zac)

3.3 Investment Policy:

The portfolio will be an actively managed exchange traded fund (“AMETF”) listed on the JSE.
The portfolio’s primary objective is to achieve long-term capital growth, by investing predominantly in
South African equity securities listed on recognised exchanges, to produce a risk-return profile of the
overall South African equities market.

The portfolio will be managed in accordance with the investment limitations applicable to the ASISA
South African – Equity – SA General portfolio classification category.

The portfolio will follow a research-driven investment strategy, informed by the Manager's macro-
economic outlook, thematic assessments, individual stock analysis and proprietary ranking and
weighting methodologies. Investments will predominantly include individual South African equity
securities and participatory interests in portfolios of collective investment schemes that align with the
portfolio’s objectives, selected through robust due diligence, across all industry groups and market
capitalisations. The strategy will emphasise capital growth, while managing volatility, with an investment
risk profile consistent with high equity exposure.

To achieve its objective, the portfolio will invest predominantly in South African equity securities, listed
property and South African participatory interests in equity portfolios of collective investment schemes
(including ETFs), consistent with the ASISA South African - Equity - SA General portfolio classification
category. The assets in liquid form will consist of cash in the portfolio’s bank accounts, short-term
deposits, participatory interests in money market portfolios of collective investment schemes, and
money market instruments (in accordance with the Determination of money market assets applicable
to such portfolios), for liquidity management purposes.

The portfolio may include the following supplementary investments, to the extent that they remain
consistent with the portfolio’s objective, and its classification as a South African equity portfolio long-
term deposit; bonds; debentures and securitised debt; subject to the conditions set out in the Act and
applicable subordinate legislation.

The portfolio is permitted to invest in listed and unlisted financial instruments (including warrants,
certificates, and other instruments that acknowledge, confer, or create, rights to subscribe to, acquire,
dispose of, or convert, securities and instruments) for efficient portfolio management purposes,
including hedging, risk reduction, and efficient exposure management, subject to the conditions set out
in the Act and applicable subordinate legislation. For the avoidance of doubt, such financial instruments
do not form part of the portfolio’s core investment strategy.

The portfolio is not permitted to invest in foreign assets.

The portfolio may also include participatory interests or any other form of participation in portfolios of
collective investment schemes or other similar schemes, in addition, the portfolio may invest in
exchange traded funds or exchange traded notes, whether organized as a portfolio of a collective
investment scheme or not, subject to the conditions of the Act.

Investors may obtain participatory interests in the portfolio on the secondary market or by subscribing
for new participatory interest in the portfolio on the primary market. To achieve this object, the Manager
may, subject to the Act and the Deed, create and issue or redeem and cancel an unlimited number of
participatory interests in the portfolio.

Nothing in the supplemental deed shall preclude the Manager from varying the ratios of securities, to
maximise capital growth and investment potential in changing economic environments or market
conditions or to meet the requirements, if applicable, of any exchange formally recognised in terms of
legislation and from retaining cash or placing cash on deposit in terms of the deed and any supplemental
deeds thereto; provided that the Manager shall ensure that the aggregate value of the assets comprising
the portfolio shall consist of securities of the aggregate value required from time to time by the Act.

The Trustee shall ensure that the investment policy set out in the supplemental deed, the Deed and in
all supplemental deeds thereto is carried out.
