Shareholders are advised that the group's 2026 Integrated Annual Report, containing the
audited summary consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2026 and
the notice of the annual general meeting, is available on the group's website
(https://balwin.co.za/investor-relations) from 11 May 2026.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company's ordinary
shareholders will be held through electronic participation on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at 09h00
("the AGM") to transact the business as stated in the AGM notice, forming part of the
Integrated Annual Report.

The record date to be recorded in the register of Balwin shareholders in order to be able to
attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Friday, 7 August 2026. Accordingly, the last date
to trade in order to be registered in the Balwin register of shareholders is Tuesday,
4 August 2026.
