 RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL RESOLUTION PASSED BY SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 August 2019 regarding the
submission of a special resolution for consideration by written consent of shareholders, in terms of
section 117 of the Mauritius Companies Act, No. 15 of 2001, as amended (“Act”), authorising the board
of directors to amend certain sections of the Company’s Constitution (“Resolution”). The deadline for
the exercise of voting rights on the Resolution was 12:00 on Friday, 13 September 2019.

Shareholders are advised that the Resolution was approved and adopted by the Company in terms of
section 117(1)(a) and (b) of the Act.

The number of shares voted in person or by proxy was 75 542 200, representing 78.44% of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company of 96 306 195.
