Shareholders are advised that the Group’s Integrated Annual Report in respect of the year ended
30 June 2018 was distributed to shareholders today and is available on the Company’s website
(www.elb.co.za/investor-relations/).

Neither the annual financial statements included in the Integrated Annual Report nor the independent
auditor’s audit report contain any modifications to the summarised provisional report for the year ended
30 June 2018, which was released on SENS on 19 September 2018.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the eighty-eighth annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company
(“AGM”) will be held in the Boardroom, ELB Engineering Services Proprietary Limited, 345 Rivonia
Road, Rivonia, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 22 November 2018 at 12h45 to transact the business as
set out in the notice. The salient dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:
