New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL374
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of ZAR150,000,000 (one hundred
and fifty million Rand) Senior Unsecured Range Accrual Notes (stock code IBL374), under Investec
Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium-Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated
05 May 2026.
The IBL374 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
28 August 2026 with effect from commencement of trade.

compounded quarterly, provided that
the Reference Rate is within the

0.85%.
Range Accrual A rate range between the rate which is: (i)
equal to or greater than 6% per annum and
(ii) equal to or less than 8% per annum

accordance with the applicable Business
Day Convention)
Optional Redemption Amount The Nominal Amount per Note plus
accrued, unpaid interest, if any, up to (but
excluding) the Optional Redemption Date
less Unwind Costs (if any)
Reference Rate Compounded Daily ZARONIA (Lookback
without Observation Shift)
Interest Determination Date In respect of the Floating Rate Notes only,
the 5th (fifth) Johannesburg Business Day
prior to each Interest Payment Date
Maturity Date 28 August 2030 (as adjusted in
accordance with the applicable Business
Day Convention)
Issue price per Note 100%
Final Redemption Amount per Note The Nominal Amount per Note plus
accrued unpaid interest (if any) up to (but
excluding) the Maturity Date.
