Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 September 2021 and are advised that the
integrated annual report, which includes the notice of annual general meeting and the summarised consolidated
financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2021, was dispatched to shareholders today, Tuesday,
2 November 2021. The integrated annual report is available on the company's website, https://rextrueform.com/wp-

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the company which will be held via a
remote interactive platform, Microsoft Teams on Thursday, 2 December 2021 at 10h00. The last day to trade in order
to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 23 November 2021 and the record
date to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 26 November 2021.
