Holders of the listed SBEN61 Equity Linked Notes (“the Notes”)
which are redeeming on 04 September 2026 are informed that the
Share Closing Price was determined and calculated on 27 August
2026 as R181 Holders are reminded that:
Valuation Date: Thursday, 27 August 2026
Valuation Rate Announcement: Friday, 28 August 2026 (at
13:30pm)
Valuation Time: The time the Index Level is
published on the Valuation Date
Last Date to Trade: Friday, 28 August 2026
Suspension Date: Monday, 31 August 2026
Record Date: Wednesday, 02 September 2026
Maturity Date (Delivery/Payment): Friday, 04 September 2026
De-Listing Date: Monday, 07 September 2026
Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:
1. Holders will receive on 04 September 2026 an amount of
142 100.84 South African cents per Note.
2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
on 04 September 2026, the Notes (SBEN61) will be de-listed
from the JSE on 07 September 2026.
