SABZK reviewed condensed interim financial statements for the six months ended 30
June 2026 (“interims”)


SABZK shareholders are advised that the Company’s interims have been released and are
available on SABZK’s website at https://sabzenzelekabili.co.za/index.php/reports/, for
inspection at SABZK’s registered address at c/o The South African Breweries (Pty) Ltd, 65
Park     Lane,    Sandown     and    on   the    JSE     Limited  (“JSE”) cloudlink     at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2026/jse/issa/szka/H12026.pdf. SABZK shareholders
are further advised that the unmodified review report of the independent auditors,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., is included in these interims.

This announcement has been prepared in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements
and is the responsibility of the SABZK directors. Any investment decisions should be based
on the interims as the information in this announcement does not provide all of the details.

The Company reported a profit of R1 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026 compared
to a profit of R1,1 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2025, a decrease of less than 10%.

The Company reported earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 2,652 cents for
the six months ended 30 June 2026 compared to an earnings per share and headline earnings
per share of 2,821 cents for the six months ended 30 June 2025, a decrease of less than 10%
per share.

A special dividend of 57 cents per share was declared in June 2026 compared to 41 cents per
share in June 2025, an increase of 39%.

In addition, the net asset value per share increased by 14% from 5,606 cents for the six months
ended 30 June 2025 to 6,373 cents for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
