The change in distribution frequency of the TBI Actively Managed ETF
1. Introduction
Investors are hereby advised that approval has been obtained to amend the distribution policy of the
TBI Global Multi-Asset Income Fund (Class A) – Actively Managed ETF, being the listed Class A share
class of the TBI Global Multi-Asset Income Fund.
In terms of the approved amendment, the Portfolio’s distribution frequency will change from quarterly
distributions to monthly distributions with effect from 07 October 2026.
The approved change is reflected in the Amended and Restated Supplement, which will be distributed
to investors and made available on the Manager’s website at https://www.prescient.co.za/funds/#ametf.

The salient dates and times relating to the publication and implementation of the Amended and
Restated Supplement, which reflects the approved change to the Portfolio’s distribution policy, are set
