RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 31 August 2018, shareholders are advised that, at the
general meeting of Workforce held today, the resolution as set out in the notice of general meeting was
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The number of shares voted in person or by proxy was 222 926 247, representing 91.46% of the total
issued share capital of the same class of Workforce shares.
The resolution proposed at the general meeting, together with the percentage of shares abstained, as well
as the percentage of votes carried for and against the resolution, is set out below:
