EUROPA METALS SUCCESSFULLY LISTS ON THE ASX

A$4m raised to pursue antimony and gold discoveries across a historically worked Austrian mineral belt.

HIGHLIGHTS

- Europa Metals Limited commences trading on the today under the ticker EUZ following completion of its initial public offering and admission.
- A$4m raised at A$0.20 per share, providing funding for an initial exploration program across three priority projects in Austria.
- Kreuzeck West, Kreuzeck East and Goldeck-Siflitz span an approximately 40km mineralised corridor with documented historic workings and multiple antimony/gold targets.
- At Kreuzeck West, historic workings include the Rabant and Hermann Stollen Antimony mine areas; an area covering approximately 21.2km2 and a total length of around 9km (the prospective trend).
- The initial program is designed to turn historic records, field verification and geophysical data into ranked drill targets, with the Kreuzeck West block first, followed by further work at Kreuzeck East and Goldeck-Siflitz.
- The wider portfolio includes Schellgaden, a historically documented gold and scheelite (tungsten) district.
- ASX listed American Tungsten & Antimony Ltd (ASX:AT4) participated in the capital raising and are a ~11% shareholder

Europa Metals Limited (ASX: EUZ) ("Europa" or the "Company") is an Austrian focused mineral exploration company advancing antimony, gold and tungsten targets across its Kreuzeck West, Kreuzeck East and Goldeck-Siflitz projects.

Europa Metals Limited is pleased to announce its successful listing on the Australian Securities Exchange today, following a A$4m capital raising at A$0.20 per share. The listing gives Europa the funding to begin exploring a series of historically productive antimony and gold systems across its Austrian portfolio, using modern geophysics, field verification and drilling.

DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE COMMENTS:
Executive Chairman Myles Campion said:
"Our ASX listing marks the point where we can move from assembling the Austrian portfolio to systematically testing it. We have three priority project areas, a substantial body of historical information and a clear sequence of fieldwork, geophysics and drilling. The funds raised will allow us to put that plan into action and report back as each stage is completed. I would also like to welcome ASX listed American Tungsten & Antimony Ltd to the register and look forward to leveraging from their extensive critical metals knowledge."

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Torey Marshall said:
"You find it where you find it. These districts were mined in the past, and that gives us a valuable place to start with great lead in data to understand key aspects of the prospective system. Our task now is to use modern exploration techniques (like geophysics - specifically tuned), to test what sits around and beyond those workings. The Kreuzeck West block is our first focus, but we see a pipeline of targets across the broader belt that we can assess in a systematic and disciplined way."

A KNOWN MINERAL BELT AND A MODERN EXPLORATION PLAN
Europa has assembled a portfolio in an established Austrian mining jurisdiction where antimony and gold have been historically worked, these old mines and mineral occurrences provide a practical starting point.

Figure 1. Europa's Austrian project portfolio - Refer to the diagram in the announcement on the Company's website at www.europa.com.

Europa's plan is to compile and verify the historical information, acquire and interpret new geophysical data, and drill selected targets. This staged approach is intended to generate a sequence of technical decisions across several project areas rather than depend on a single prospect.

THE PRIORITY PROJECTS
Kreuzeck West - the initial focus for Europa's exploration program. The project includes historic antimony and gold workings (at the Rabant area) across an area covering approximately 21.1km2 and an approximately 9km (long) trend. The combination of historic production records, mapped targets and access points gives Europa several areas to assess and rank drill targets to conduct an initial program. Some of the historic records have shown stibnite grade up to 17% and gold grades up to 14.7g/t.

Kreuzeck East - this project covers approximately 20km2 and includes more than 23 documented historic workings in a compact cluster. There are six antimony occurrences along approximately 3km of the Lessnigbach Shear. Europa plans to investigate structural continuity and prioritise targets using field verification and geophysical data. Some of the historic workings have exhibited stibnite grades commonly around 9-11%.

Goldeck-Siflitz - this historic gold and antimony district has four target areas, with mapped workings and structural trends. Europa intends to rank targets across those trends for follow-up work as the program advances.

Schellgaden and Leogang wider portfolio - Schellgaden is described in historical literature as a gold and tungsten district where tungsten occurs as scheelite. It provides potential longer-term exposure alongside Europa's initial antimony and gold focus.

PROGRAM OF WORK AND EXPECTED WORKFLOW
The first stage of exploration will center on Kreuzeck West will consist of initial geophysical reprocessing and field verification, followed by further geophysical acquisition to refine the initial drilling targets. The Company then proposes an initial drill campaign, with resultant assays and geophysical interpretation to guide the next round of work.
Subsequent geophysics and drilling at Kreuzeck East, together with further target work at Goldeck-Siflitz, will be sequenced around technical results, land access, permits, and weather conditions on the ground.

- Q4 2026: geophysical reprocessing and geophysical surveys/acquisition at Kreuzeck West, subject to permissions and contractor mobilisation.
- Q4 2026: initial Kreuzeck West drilling and first field results, subject to access, permitting and weather conditions.

- 2027: interpret 2026 drilling and geophysics for target refinement, followed by further Kreuzeck West work and progressive assessment of Kreuzeck East and Goldeck-Siflitz.
Alpine weather may affect helicopter-supported geophysics and other field activities.
