CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of the Issuer (the “Board”) hereby advises noteholders that,
with, effect from 10 September 2026, Ms Bongiwe Majozi (“Ms Majozi”) has resigned as independent
non-executive director, Social and Ethics Committee chairperson and Audit Committee member, to
pursue alternative career opportunities. Subsequent to Ms Majozi’s resignation, Ms Rozanne Kamalie
(“Ms Kamalie”), who previously served as alternate independent non-executive director to Ms Majozi,
has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Audit Committee member and Social
and Ethics chairperson of the company.

Mr Nicholas Clarke remains chairman of the Board, while Mr Lodewyk de Jager remains chairman of
the Audit Committee. With immediate effect, Ms Kamalie will assume the chairperson role for the
company’s Social and Ethics Committee, replacing Ms Majozi in that position.

Ms Kamalie is an admitted attorney & conveyancer with extensive experience in contract
management and legal compliance. Her exposure to securitisation and structured finance has
garnered her experience in corporate governance and compliance management. She currently serves
as an independent non-executive director and chairman on a number of boards. She holds an LLB from
the University of the Western Cape, a Compliance Management certificate from the University of the
Cape Town and the Compliance Institute of South Africa and an MBA Essentials Certificate from the
University of Stellenbosch.

The Board extends great appreciation to Ms Majozi for her wise counsel and service to the Board,
since February 2025, and we welcome Ms Kamalie, looking forward to her contribution.
